Sì, sotto la casella del testo del messaggio c'è il pulsante allegati, cliccandoci sopra si apre un menu, basta cliccare su sfoglia per caricare la foto.

Ho portato la dimensione degli allegati a 1 MB, con IrfanView o altri programmi si possono ridimensionare le foto a poche decine di Kb.
